How do I view total number of unread and new notes in Dashboard?

• How do I view total number of unread and new notes?

1.

Login to your account using the username and password provided.

 

2.

Hover over the Commercial Management tab.

3.

Hover over Asset Management Centre and Click on Technical Specifications tab.

 

4.

Select Client from the grid and click on view icon

 

5.

In a new window, It will show you details of Total number of new Notes and Total number of unread Notes in Dashboard which is available above the grid section.

Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. please contact an administrator.
