How do I view the document in another display format?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4.
Select Client from the list.
5.
Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.
6.
Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7.
Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.
8.
At the top left hand corner of the page you will see a header labelled View with a drop down box to the right.
9.
The drop down box will contain a series of formats to display, left click the option of preference.
How do I search for a document name?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.
4.
Select Client from the list.
5.
Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.
6.
Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.
7.
Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.
8.
At the top of the page there is a header labelled Keyword Search with a text box to the right. In this text box you can enter the name of the document to be located e.g LOGBOOKS.

When the search parameters have been entered click on the search button.

At the new window you have a list of rows available into grid. Select row where you want to copy document.

Click on the COPY button.

After clicking on Copy button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the copy process then click on OK button, then the copy process will be done.

It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.

Click on SAVE button. It will ask you to download .zip file.

An popup message is shown. A click on OK button, a link is generated and send on user's email id.

Check your email and Click on a link to download file.

Use password which is given in email to open a file.
How do I download split documents to PC?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.

Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.

Select Client from the list.
5.
Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.
6.
Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.

Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.
8.
In the new window, Select document that you want to Split.
9.
Hover to Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Split/Extract option. It will open new window.
10.
Hover over the SPLIT ALL PAGES button and Click on "Download to PC" option. It will allow you to download zip file.
How do I save split documents directly to the respective row?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

Hover over the Fleet Management tab.

Select Client from the list.

Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.

Hover to Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Split/Extract option. It will open new window.

How do I view an Audit Trail of a document?

Login to your account using the username and password provided.

Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.

In the new window, Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Audit Trail option.

Select filter types to filter Audit Trail Report. Like filter by keyword, filter by operations, filter by date etc.

Click on FILTER button to filter Audit Trail report. It will show filtered data into grid.
How do I export an Audit Trail of a document?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Component Centre tab and Click on the Goods in tab.

Select Client from the list.
5.
Select View Goods In Components and Workshop Strip Reports options from list.
6.
Select Year and Month from List. It will load data into grid.

Click on the Open Folder Icon. It will open new Window.
8.
In the new window, Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Audit Trail option.
9.
Select filter types to filter Audit Trail Report. Like filter by keyword, filter by operations, filter by date etc.

Click on FILTER button to filter Audit Trail report. It will show filtered data into grid.

Click on EXPORT button.

It will show you Popup asking whether you want to open or save file.
