How do I view the document in another display format?

Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Reports then Hover over the FLYdocs Processing Reports and Click on the FSCC Reports tab.

Select Client from the list.
4.
Select BAU/History Scanning tab from the list.
5.
Select Centre from the list and select other relevant details.
6.
Click on the VIEW button. It will load data into grid.
7.
Select record from the grid then Go to end of that record and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.
8.
At the top left hand corner of the page you will see a header labelled View with a drop down box to the right.

The drop down box will contain a series of formats to display, left click the option of preference.
How do I search for a document name?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

Hover over the Reports then Hover over the FLYdocs Processing Reports and Click on the FSCC Reports tab.

Select Client from the list.

Select BAU/History Scanning tab from the list.

Select Centre from the list and select other relevant details.

Click on the VIEW button. It will load data into grid.

Select record from the grid then Go to end of that record and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.

In this text box you can enter the name of the document to be located e.g LOGBOOKS.
9.
Once the search parameters have been entered then Click on the Search button.
How do I reorder documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Reports then Hover over the FLYdocs Processing Reports and Click on the FSCC Reports tab.
3.
Select Client from the list.
4.
Select BAU/History Scanning tab from the list.
5.
Select Centre from the list and select other relevant details.
6.
Click on the VIEW button. It will load data into grid.
7.
Select record from the grid then Go to end of that record and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.
8.
Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Reorder Documents option. It will open new Window.

Reorder Document using Move Icon.
10.
Click on SAVE button.
How do I copy a document?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Reports then Hover over the FLYdocs Processing Reports and Click on the FSCC Reports tab.
3.
Select Client from the list.
4.
Select BAU/History Scanning tab from the list.
5.
Select Centre from the list and select other relevant details.
6.
Click on the VIEW button. It will load data into grid.
7.
Select record from the grid then Go to end of that record and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.
8.
To copy a document scroll down to the documents to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnail.
9.
Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Copy option. It will open new window.

Select Year View or Box View.
11.
Click on the SHOW button. If you will find your record into grid then go to step 14.

Select Client, Centre and Component. It will open a list of documents. It will load data into grid.
13.
Select any folder given in row from the grid.

Click on Copy button for copy document in selected rows.

After clicking on Copy button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the copy process then click on OK button, then the copy process will be done.

It will show you Popup window. Click on the OK button.
How do I move documents?
1.

Hover over the Manage Documents drop down and Click on Move option. It will open new window.

Select Year View or Box View.

Click on the SHOW button. If you will find box which you are searching into grid then go to step 14.

Select Client, Centre and Component. It will open a list of documents. It will load data into grid.

Select any folder given in row from the grid.

Click on MOVE button.

After clicking on Move button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the copy process then click on OK button, then the move process will be done.

How do I delete documents?

Hover to Manage Documents button drop down and Click on Delete option.

An option will appear to confirm deletion.
How do I reload documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.

Hover over the Reports then Hover over the FLYdocs Processing Reports and Click on the FSCC Reports tab.

Select Client from the list.

Select BAU/History Scanning tab from the list.

Select Centre from the list and select other relevant details.
6.

Select record from the grid then Go to end of that record and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.

To Reload Documents, first select show all documents from the drop down menu on the far right. Then scroll down to the Documents to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnails.

Hover to Manage Documents drop down and Click on Reload option.
10.
An option will appear to confirm Reloading. Click on OK button.
How do I merge documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Reports then Hover over the FLYdocs Processing Reports and Click on the FSCC Reports tab.
3.
Select Client from the list.
4.
Select BAU/History Scanning tab from the list.
5.
Select Centre from the list and select other relevant details.
6.
Click on the VIEW button. It will load data into grid.

Select record from the grid then Go to end of that record and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.

To Merge two or more Documents scroll down to the Document to be selected and tick the box below the thumbnail.

Hover to Manage Documents drop down and Click on Merge option. It will open new window.
10.
Enter file Name that you want to give to document.
11.
Click on SAVE button. It will ask you to download .zip file.
How do I download split documents to PC?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Reports then Hover over the FLYdocs Processing Reports and Click on the FSCC Reports tab.

Select Client from the list.

Select Centre from the list and select other relevant details.

How do I save split documents directly to the respective row?

How do I attach documents to Status Entry?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
2.
Hover over the Reports then Hover over the FLYdocs Processing Reports and Click on the FSCC Reports tab.

Select Client from the list.
4.
Select BAU/History Scanning tab from the list.
5.
Select Centre from the list and select other relevant details.
6.
Click on the VIEW button. It will load data into grid.
7.
Select record from the grid then Go to end of that record and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window.
8.
Select the document that you want to attach.
9.
Select Attach Type from the list and Other required details.
10.
Click on ATTACH TO STATUS ENTRY button.
11.
In the new window, you have a list of rows available into grid. Select one or multiple row where you want to attach document.
12.
Click on ATTACH button.
13.
After clicking on Attach button, If same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the Attachment process then click on OK button, then the attach process will be done.
14.
It will show a popup message. Click on OK button.
