How do I manage documents in Manage By Date(Audit View)?

 

How do I merge documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (e.g. As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Select the Document/s.
10.
Hover over the Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Merge option. It will open a new window.
11.
Enter the file Name that you want to give to the document.
12.
Click on the MERGE FILES button.
13.
It will show you a Popup asking whether you want to open or save a file.

 

How do I move documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (e.g. As shown in image 17 November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Select the Document/s.
10.
In the new popup window, Filter the fields, where you want to move the documents.
11.
Hover over the Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Move option. It will open a new window.
12.
At the new window, you have a list of rows available in the grid. Select one row where you want to move the document.
13.
Click on the MOVE button.
14.
After clicking on the Move button, If the same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the move process then click on the OK button, then the move process will be done.

It will open the document moved successfully popup. Click on the OK button.

 

How do I attach documents to Current Status?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (e.g. As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Select the Document/s.
10.
At the top right end Select the Path where to Attach the document to the Current Status by Selecting the appropriate filters.

Note: Attach/Move path ribbon will not get auto reset
after the documents get attached.
11.
Hover over the Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Attach option.
12.
At the new window, you have a list of rows available in the grid. Select one or multiple rows where you want to attach the document.

Note: 1. You can select All rows at once with the available options of selecting "All Pages"(For all rows of that particular section) and "Current Page"(For all rows of the current Page only)
2. We can select the Current Page/All Pages for the filtered rows as well.
13.
Click on the ATTACH button.
14.
After clicking on the Attach button, If the same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the Attachment process then click on the OK button, then the attachment process will be done.
15.
It will show you a pop-up. Click on the OK button.

 

How do I download split documents to PC?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (E.g. As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Select the Document/s.
10.
Hover to the Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Split/Extract option. It will open a new window.
11.
Hover over the SPLIT ALL PAGES button and Click on the "Download to PC" option. It will allow you to download the zip file.

 

How do I save split documents directly to the respective row?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (e.g. As shown in image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Select the Document/s.
10.
Hover to the Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Split/Extract option. It will open a new window.
11.
Hover over the SPLIT ALL PAGES button and Click on the "Save to Row" option.

Note: Attached files from another location are not allowed to split in destination. Please split the file available in the original source location.
12.
It will show you a pop-up message. Click on the OK / Cancel button.
13.
It will show you a pop-up message. Click on the OK button. Split documents will be saved in the same document list page.

 

How do I extract documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (e.g. As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Select the Document/s.
10.
Hover to the Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Split/Extract option. It will open a new window.
11.
Enter the page number that you want to Extract.
12.
Click on the EXTRACT PAGES button. It will ask you to download the Extracted pages zip file.
13.
It will show you a Popup asking whether you want to open or save the file.

 

How do I download documents to PC?

It will show you a Popup asking whether you want to open or save the file.

 

How do I delete documents?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (e.g. As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Select the Document/s.
10.
Hover over the Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Delete option.
11.
It will show you a pop-up window. Click on the OK button.

 

How do I copy a document?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (e.g. As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Select the Document/s.
11.
Hover over the Manage Documents dropdown and Click on the Copy option. It will open a new window.
12.
At the new window, you have a list of rows available in the grid. Select one or multiple rows where you want to copy the document.
13.
Click on the COPY button.
14.
After clicking on the Copy button, If the same filename document is already present then it will show a pop-up message. If you still want to continue the copy process then click on the OK button, then the copy process will be done.
15.
You get an alert message. Now Click on the
OK button.

 

How do I reorder documents in Listing View?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the data record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (E.g. As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Hover over the Manage Documents and click on Reorder Documents.
10.
Select the Sort By option from the list if you want to reorder documents by File Name, File Size and File Type.
11.
If you want to reorder documents manually then Select the Move icon and reorder documents as you want.
12.
Click on the SAVE button.

 

How do I view an Audit Trail of a document?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the date record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (E.g As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Hover over Manage Documents and click on Audit Trail.
10.
Select filter types to filter the Audit Trail Report. Like filter by keyword, filter by operations, filter by date etc.
11.
Click on the FILTER button to filter the Audit Trail report. It will show filtered data in a grid.

 

How do I export an Audit Trail of a document?
1.
Login to your account using the username and password provided.
 
2.
Hover over the Fleet Management tab.
3.
Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Date tab.
4.
Select any centre tab that you want to open like Aircraft Centre, Engine Centre, etc.
5.
Select any Document Type that is visible to you like Miscellaneous, etc.
6.
Select Client from the list. It will load listing records into the grid by default.
7.
Select Audit View from the list. It will load records into the grid.
8.
Go to the end of the date record from the grid that you want to access and Click on the view icon. It will open a new window. (E.g As shown in the image 17th November 2024 date record is selected.)
9.
Hover over Manage Documents and click on Audit Trail.
10.
Select filter types to filter the Audit Trail Report. Like filter by keyword, filter by operations, filter by date etc.
11.
Click on the FILTER button to filter the Audit Trail report. It will show filtered data in a grid.
12.
Click on the EXPORT button.
13.
It will show you a Popup asking whether you want to open or save the file.
