      How do I download the Mid-term Inspections Application?

      1.
      Login to your account using the username and password provided.
      2.
      Hover over the Tools tab.

      3.
      Select the Client from the list.
      4.
      Navigate to Mid-term Inspections Application section and Click on DOWNLOAD APPLICATION button.

      5.
      Popup window will be shown. Click on the ACCEPT button.
      6.
      Popup window will be shown. Click on the OK button.
