How do I use Column Management in Maintenance Control Centre(Manage By Asset)?

1.

Login to your account using the username and password provided.

Hover over the Fleet Management tab.

3.

Hover over the Maintenance Control Centre tab and Click on the Manage By Asset tab.

Hover over the CONTROLS dropdown and Click on the Column Management option. It will open a new window.

5.

Select Client.

6.

Select Centre.

7.

Select the Respective Tab under the maintenance control centre.

8.

Click on Browse and Select any file with appropriate extension ex. *.csv,*.CSV,*.xlsx,*.XLSX,*.xls,*.XLS,*.xml,*.XML

Click on the UPLOAD button to save a new Column.

10.

It will show you a pop-up window. Click on the OK button.

The Columns will get added as a template on the loaded grid on the same window named ex. Template 1, Template 2, etc.

Select the Respective Tab under the maintenance control centre.

Grid will get loaded with already added column templates.

Click on the EDIT Button beside any template for which we want to make changes.

9.

Once clicked on EDIT, the editable columns will get loaded for the respective template

10.

Click on the SAVE button to save new Column.

11.

It will show you a pop-up window. Click on the OK button.
