How do I deactivate IP Restriction for User's account?
1. Login to your account using the username and password provided. | |
2. Hover Over the User management tab and Click on the Users tab. | ![]() |
3. Select the user from the grid for whom you want to deactivate 'IP Restriction'. | ![]() |
4. Click on the EDIT button. | ![]() |
5. Edit the option "IP Restriction" from 'Yes' to 'No'. | ![]() |
6. Click on the SAVE button. | ![]() |
7. It will open a pop-up message as "Record Updated Successfully" | ![]() |
