How do I send an internal note?
| 1. Login to your account using the username and password provided. | |
| 2. Click on the Fleet Management tab. | |
| 3. Hover on the Document Management Centre tab. | |
| 4. Click on the Manage Internal Documentation tab. | |
| 5. Select Client. | ![]() |
| 6. After selecting related information VIEW button is going to be visible so just click on it to view Manage Internal Documentation. | |
| 7. Select the row for which you want to send an Internal Note. | ![]() |
| 8. Click on the view icon, It will open a new window. | ![]() |
| 9. In the Internal Note section, Select the user from the list to whom you want the note to be assigned. | |
| 10. Using the third selection box, please select the user who is responsible for replying to this query. | ![]() |
| 11. Write your note in the input field and click on Save Internal Notes Button. | ![]() |
Note:- If you do not see this option appear it is due to access restrictions for your user account. Please contact an administrator.
